Role Description:
Represent customers by understanding their needs and product requirements
Translate Bamboo product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
Be the technical product owner reviewing product specifications and adjustments, making creative recommendations while tracking product use and impact on end-users.
Re-enforce process excellence for our technical problem, incident, and change management response.
Explore competing products and come up with innovative ways to improve our product offerings.
Leverage data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to track product success or lack thereof. Consistently integrate behaviour data and customer feedback into key product decisions.
Deliver customer value iteratively, manage Bamboo retail products through various launch phases and follow-on releases, and ensure high return on development capacity.
Foster collaboration with product designers, engineers, quality assurance, and marketing to explore, prioritize, and launch solutions.
Monitor, and measure success metrics after product launch to revenue goals.
Incorporate feedback and work items into the product roadmap by talking to customers, looking at the data, and building products that our users will love.
Support the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met Ensure that user story content and prioritization is aligned with the larger strategic objective
Use Agile software development methodology to optimize processes
